Secondary and Group Supervision for Provisional Psychologists

At Relationships Australia NSW we offer secondary and group supervision to intern psychologists accepted in a Psychology Board of Australia approved work placement. Our supervision program meets the guideline requirements for secondary and group supervision stipulated by the Board.

The group supervision program has limited placements with a maximum of four participants per group. One third of the total supervision requirement for intern psychologists can be undertaken as group supervision. Monthly evening group supervision is provided by qualified, secondary supervisors with expertise in couple and family therapy.

Secondary supervision hours are negotiable and may focus on specific learning needs not covered in primary supervision, for example, relationships counselling.
